1. Why machine learning algorithms not running?

Probably due to your dataset has NaNs values.

2. Why is the image crop tool not cutting?

The image crop tool crop() need two inputs: a raster image and a shapefile vector. Both must be in the same projection befores using the tool.

3. Where can I find the references related to the functions/classes?

Each function/classes has a reference. This can be found inside the function.
